Master brand knowledge to confidently advise clients and uphold premium service standards. Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly boutique targets. Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM usage. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, tracking preferences to deliver personalized experiences. Support and execute boutique events, product launches, and private viewings. Act as a role model in grooming, etiquette, professionalism, and service behavior for the team.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role Proven experience handling high-value transactions or luxury goods. Strong sales mindset with a numbers-driven approach to performance. Skilled in CRM systems, clienteling, and relationship-building. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading while remaining hands-on. Strong business understanding with polished professional communication skills. Able to communicate confidently in English. Diploma or higher from a reputable academy or university.
