Conduct end-to-end Recruitment Process Control Recruitment Process and follow-up Recruitment Result Maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs Maintain all recruitment paper and electronic files including internal postings for all open positions New Hire onboarding preparation Support the integration of new employees as much as needed
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Candidate with 3 - 5 years experience in IT Talent Acquisition Graduate from psychology or human resources major Has experience in fulfilling project resources with fast pacing timeline Familiar with IT requirement (having experience hiring SAP Consultant will be added value) Having experience in administrative Has good communication skill and able to speak English both oral and written Meticulous and detail oriented Has good team work and also able to work individually
