Respond to and troubleshoot IT inquiries from employees. Provide training and raise awareness of IT security best practices. Manage maintenance of IT assets, including server rooms, PCs, switches, routers, phones, and applications. Oversee and coordinate the activities of IT vendors. Lead initiatives for business process improvement through the implementation of system tools. Handle the procurement, setup, and disposal of IT hardware and assets. Process IT-related invoices, ensuring timely verification and coordination with the finance team for payments. Support overall IT operations for subsidiaries located in the APAC region as directed by the IT manager. Perform additional duties as assigned.
