Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Maintain and repair the existing Software, Hardware, and Computers within the company. Perform installations and provide daily support for hardware and software, including equipment such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, etc. Ensure all company hardware and computers are functioning optimally. Ensure all IT facilities within the building are operating correctly according to their purpose. Develop the Company Information System. Evaluate and improve the performance of IT systems, and provide regular work reports.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications Informatics. Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Technical Support/Network Technician. Proficient in Windows-based server OS and client OS. Proficient in TCP/IP networking, as well as wired and wireless computer networks. Possesses understanding of hardware and software. Possesses troubleshooting skills. Able to work effectively in a team, is thorough, diligent, and highly motivated. Willing to undertake business travel and work overtime, both indoors and outdoors.
