Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for Electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors Conduct market research and client mapping to expand sales pipeline and project portfolio Analyze client requirements and propose effective electrical engineering solutions aligned with project specifications and budget Prepare, review, and submit: Technical proposals Commercial proposals and cost estimations Supporting documents for tender and bidding submissions Coordinate closely with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accuracy of design, pricing, and project execution Lead and support technical discussions, clarification meetings, and value engineering sessions with clients and consultants Perform technical presentations and commercial negotiations to secure project awards Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and principals Monitor project progress from contractual and commercial perspectives, including variations and change orders Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution team Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, project pipeline updates, and sales forecasts to management Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Electrical Engineering (Power System / Electrical Engineering preferred) Minimum 3–7 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer (Electrical) within Construction, EPC, Industrial, or MEP projects Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering systems, including but not limited to: Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) power distribution systems Electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems Lighting systems, grounding & lightning protection systems Instrumentation, control, and ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, access control – an advantage) Solid understanding of electrical design standards, codes, and specifications applicable to construction projects Able to read, analyze, and interpret SingleLine Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, load calculations, BOQ, and technical specifications Experienced in preparing technical proposals, cost estimations, and commercial offers for tender and non-tender projects Strong capability in technical clarification, value engineering, and solution-based selling Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with clients, consultants, and project owners Good command of English (spoken and written) is required Familiar with tender processes, bidding strategies, and contract fundamentals Highly target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure Willing to travel to project sites and client locations Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM systems is an advantage
