IT Software Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Supervise and manage IT Software team in system/application development and maintenance. Ensure application performance, stability, security, and system availability. Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Handle troubleshooting, incident management, and system improvement. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders. Prepare technical documentation and periodic reports.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Software / Application Development. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), database management, and ERP systems. Experience in web and/or mobile application development is an advantage. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
