IT Support Specialist
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage the POS system (products, pricing, store data, payment methods) to ensure smooth daily operations. Configure and manage the membership system (member levels, points, coupons, promotions). Support new store openings and IT system upgrades in coordination with the technical team. Act as the primary technical support contact for store teams and develop operational guidelines/manuals. Maintain office IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and IT assets.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Have good Mandarin language skills ; Have good social and communication skills, coordination and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate with all parties, and good public relations skills; Master Microsoft Office Program and relevant work experience Work meticulously and rigorously, have strong stress resistance, high sense of responsibility and confidentiality, and good time management skills; Able to work on Saturday or Sunday if needed. Placement in PIK 1
