Bachelor Degree in IT, Information System, Computer, Telecommunication or related field Minimum 3 – 5 years of supervisory/team lead role in IT Infrastructure/Network Operations team (telecom or ISP preferred) Hands-on experience in IT support environment (Hardware and Software): PC/Laptop, peripherals, CCTV, IP PBX Experience on handling IP networking (TCP/IP) and network devices (router, switch, firewall, access point), such as Cisco, Fortinet/Fortigate, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti. Having knowledge in Linux/Unix & Windows server administration, On-Premise & On Cloud (web, email, DNS, file server), backup & performance monitoring Database knowledge (MySQL/Oracle/MariaDb) ERP (SAP) user support and reporting experience CCNA/CCNP certifications is a strong advantage Willing to work on-call or 24/7 operational environment Strong troubleshooting, documentation, leadership, and analytical skills Good Communication Skill
