Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Penjualan industry Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
