· Identify and pursue business opportunities with government agencies, ministries, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and public institutions. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement teams, and key stakeholders. · Lead tender and bidding processes (e.g., e-catalogue, LPSE, E-Procurement), including document preparation and compliance review. · Monitor government regulations, procurement plans, and budget allocations relevant to company offerinGs. · Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, finance) to develop and submit winning proposals and RFP responses. · Represent the company at government-related meetings, exhibitions, and industry forums. · Maintain accurate records of pipeline opportunities, project status, and forecast reports. · Provide market intelligence on trends and competitor activities within the government sector. · Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales relationship and support.
