Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise databases across on-premise and cloud environments. • Design and implement database architecture and standards in collaboration with IT Architect. • Ensure database availability, performance, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery readiness. • Monitor and optimize database performance, security, and capacity. • Manage database incidents, changes, documentation, and access control. • Lead and mentor database administration team. • Support audits, IT risk assessments, and provide support for critical database incidents.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with 3+ years in a leadership role. • Experience managing enterprise databases in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments. • Strong expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. • Solid knowledge of backup/recovery, high availability, performance tuning, and database security. • Familiar with ITIL processes and cloud database services (AWS/GCP). • Relevant certifications (OCP, MCDA, AWS/GCP Database Specialty, or equivalent) preferred. • Experience in insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
