
Service: Desktop Computer Support Services Service Description: Installation, testing and setup of desktop or laptop, computer Installation and setup of desktop software Detailed Responsibilities: Installation, setup, relocation, and of desktop devices and software applications. Preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of desktop devices including computers, printers, laptops and other office hardware. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation. Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ECE or any similar course. Has 1-2 years experience or at least related to the role Able to work outside of normal work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays as directed. Amenable to work in shifting schedule ABLE TO START ASAP OR ANYTIME
