1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy). 2. 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the medical device industry, preferably in endoscopy or laparoscopy. 3. Strong knowledge of products and marketing fundamentals, including market segmentation. 4. Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and gastroenterologists.. 5. Familiar with procurement processes in public and private hospitals (e-catalogue and tender). 6. Able to conduct product presentations and provide procedural support. 7. Willing to be mobile and travel for out-of-town assignments. 8. Target-driven, pro-active, and able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
