Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirements, particularly for supervisor level positions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, psychological assessments, and document verification. Maintain and manage the talent pool database and handle all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required. Proficient in administering psychological assessment tools. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the recruitment field. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proactive and committed to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
