Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience at Section Head / Assistant Manager level in Head Office roles such as General Affairs, Purchasing, and Asset Management, with added experience in the Hospitality/Property Mall industry (minimum 1 year). Strong understanding of the procurement and goods/services purchasing process, supported by a wide vendor and supplier network including authorized dealers. Demonstrates extensive product and pricing knowledge, especially for property-related items (AC, ceramics, cement, building materials, furniture, lighting, chinaware, food & beverages, etc.). Experienced in all aspects of Asset Management (acquisition, recording, disposal), with solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory flow, stock opname, and basic warehouse arrangement. Knowledgeable in managing property-related permits, building and business licensing processes, tax retributions, general insurance (new, renewal, claims), and proficient in handling documentation, archiving, and correspondence. Strong Excel skills, good understanding of inventory workflows, and maintains strong networking with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities.
