Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts Monitor budget realization and analyze variances Develop and maintain cash flow projections to ensure liquidity planning Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management Support management with financial insights and recommendations Pricing & Cost Analysis Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP) Review pricing structures and margins to support profitability Monitor operational costs and identify efficiency improvements Accounting Records & Journal Entries Record daily financial transactions accurately Prepare adjusting and closing journal entries at period-end Maintain proper documentation and accounting records in compliance with company policies Financial Statements Prepare complete financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow – Direct & Indirect) Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting Reconciliation Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Investigate and resolve discrepancies or balance differences Tax & Compliance Record tax-related journal entries Manage VAT (PPN input and output) recording and reconciliation Handle withholding taxes (PPh 21, 23, 25) and ensure proper documentation Support tax reporting and audits as required Invoicing Prepare and issue invoices for buyers/customers Prepare and manage invoices related to investors or funding activities Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments
