- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, and offer coordination. - Work closely with department managers to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications. - Source potential candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other social media channels. - Maintain and update the recruitment database, reports, and candidate talent pool regularly. - Prepare offer letters for selected candidates and assist with onboarding formalities. - Participate in recruitment-related projects such as career fairs and salary market surveys. - Maintain, update, and review HR documents to ensure accurate and complete records.
- At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. - Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience. - Multi-tasking and positive working attitude. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Possess strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Able to speak multiple language such as Malay, English. Able to speak in Mandarin will be preferred as to liaise Mandarin speaking managements.
