Provide technical support on lubricant applications to the sales team and customers. Analyze lubrication requirements based on machinery, operating conditions, and customer industry. Recommend appropriate lubricant products to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency. Conduct technical site visits to customers for troubleshooting, machine inspection, and lubricant evaluation. Handle technical complaints related to lubricant performance and propose effective solutions. Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions to internal teams and customers. Prepare technical visit reports, analysis results, and recommendations on a regular basis. Support product trials, implementation, and performance evaluation at customer sites. Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and Quality teams regarding technical requirements and product improvements. Ensure lubricant applications comply with safety standards, procedures, and regulations.
