Ensure potential solutions meet business needs and requirements. Effectively communicate business insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Serve as a liaison between internal team and clients. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with internal team or clients to feedback on issues with current solution and provide input around new solutions. Prepare business reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing business trends and opportunities for improvement. To work closely with sales team in making proposals. Schedule work priorities and deadlines with the Sales Team. Create topology, Build of Material, and Proposal. As customer truster advisor to give the best solution. Conduct technical presentations and product updates. Updating information related to Technology and new product. Conduct the demo meeting with the customer. Conduct and create the PoC and its environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Strong problem solving, prioritization skills and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Strong presentation skills, organizing skill and writing skill. Not suitable for Software Developer / Application Programmer roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English. Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Able to present technical solutions to customer (diagram, topology, BoQ). Candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales Position are prioritized. Pre-sales experience: able to translate customer requirements into network/security solution design. Able to quickly understand client facing complex problems and advise effective solution. Have an eagerness to learn new technologies related to products and services. Strong understanding of Network architecture (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching). Understanding of Cyber Security concepts: Threat, vulnerability, risk, compliance, zero trust. Familiar with enterprise network devices: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus. Good Knowledge of virtualization Technology such as VMWare, Nutanix and Microsoft Hyper-V, and Cloud Computing.
