Manage and grow sales within an assigned area or route through regular customer visits Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Identify new business opportunities to increase sales performance Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of volume and revenue Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at customer outlets Implement sales and promotional programs in the field Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned territory
Minimum Diploma degree (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) Proven experience in field sales or route sales is preferred Good command of English, both written and spoken Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and able to work under pressure Willing to work in the field and conduct regular customer visits Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A); own vehicle is an advantage
