• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in automotive, mobility or premium retail. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field. • Proven capability in managing multi-channel campaigns, agencies and sizeable marketing budgets. • Advanced stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, OEM partners and internal business units. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market share improvements or high-performing lead-generation outcomes. • A performance-driven mindset, strong ownership, and the resilience to operate within a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong influencing skills to align diverse teams with shared commercial goals. • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into revenue-driving actions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. • High level of competency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms. • Strong organizational and governance skills with the ability to manage deadlines, performance tracking and reporting.
