Lead and restructure the sales department to align with business objectives Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team Define sales strategy, KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks Monitor performance closely and ensure accountability at all levels Establish structured reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking Drive revenue growth through strategic planning rather than transactional selling Identify new business opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC Travel within the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) as required Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with company goals
