Managing IT Equipment, hardware and all peripheral, such as desktop computer, laptop, modem, printer, photocopy, telephone etc. Repairs and maintenance with initial installation of Server and Computer, Laptop, and any equipment between printers, monitors, UPS, Fingerprint Hardware, and all tools related to be needed. Understanding Network Systems (IP), DDNS, CLOUD, SERVER Have extensive knowledge regarding CCTV & other IT hardware. Have knowledge of how Network setup/installation works. Able to coordinate with operational teams and users. Understanding Windows OS. Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
