
Provide first-level technical support (in person, phone, email, or ticketing system) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issue. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
