Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, ability to adopt microservices-based backend architectures that ensure 99.99% uptime. You will apply financial-sector strategies (e.g., distributed transactions, circuit breakers) to ensure the HIS never fails during critical clinical operations. Team Management & Mentorship: Lead a team of developers, enforcing "zero-trust" security practices and defensive coding standards often found in banking environments to prevent data leaks or corruption. Interoperability Strategy: Rapidly master and implement healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 V2/V3, FHIR, DICOM) to ensure seamless data exchange between the EMR, LIS, RIS, and external parties. Transactional Integrity: Ensure that complex clinical workflows (e.g., medication administration, billing triggers) maintain strict ACID properties, preventing race conditions or partial data saves.
