
All Account Payable related activities (payment process, verify supporting documents, create journals in ERP360, print payment voucher, etc) All Account Receivable related activities (monitor customer payment, maintain AR Aging, Reporting AR IPL Collection, Reviewing Monthly IPL Invoice, Reconcilliation all account, etc) Bank related activities (placement and disbursement of time deposit, new account process, change of bank specimen, activation of dormant account, regular payment, bank reconciliation, etc) Documents filing Support annual audit process (external & internal auditors) Responsible for all reporting in Estate Management Company PIC Estate Management for Finance Administration function Ad-hoc duties
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting 3+ years' of experience of professional Finance & Accounting experience Proven work experience as a Finance & Accounting or similar role Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (familiar to IFCA will be advantageous) Have experience in Property Business is a plus Excellent math skills with an attention to detail Time-management abilities Confidentiality and able to work independently
