
Receive and provide IT services through the IT Services Desk work unit by various channels such as phone calls, Microsoft Teams chat, and more. Create tickets for incidents or issues reported by users at the head office and network offices. Distribute tickets to related departments based on incident and request ticket types. Resolve incident or issue tickets reported by users, with resolution that handled by the IT Services team
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, IT, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in services desk A detail oriented person with a basic English skill Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to write clear documentation for all the tickets Willing to contract under Outsourcing and work in shifts
