Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance Handle financial reporting and consolidation for multiple business units or legal entities within the group Review general ledger, journal entries, and accounting treatments to maintain data integrity Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation Ensure compliance with PSAK, ETAP, and applicable accounting standards Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Analyze financial performance and identify efficiency improvement opportunities Provide clear financial reports and explanations to management to support decision-making Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations
