
1. Develop and manage hospital sales funnels within the assigned area. 2. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling. 3. Develop sales target plans and execute strategies for Hemodialysis (HD) KSO contracts. 4. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop effective regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets. 5. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company for the assigned territory. 6. Conduct product or service presentations, handle negotiations, and close sales transactions. 7. Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and report results to management. 8. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to support sales activities and ensure smooth operations. 9. Analyze sales performance data to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field with 2–5 years of relevant work experience in the medical device industry. 2. Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the medical device industry; experience handling Hemodialysis (HD) products is preferred. 3. Willing to be placed in any assigned area as required by the company. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
