Have 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account handling, or IT solution sales Enjoy opening new doors without abandoning existing clients Are confident engaging with both business users and technical stakeholders Can explain tech in a way that actually makes sense Are target-driven but still relationship-oriented Are comfortable working with structured processes and cross-functional teams Have experience in IT Consulting / System Integrator / Tech Services Have worked closely with Presales or Engineers Already understand basic IT concepts (network, system, application, cloud, etc.)
