Responsible for sales activity both product and services. The positions require close with customer for the purpose accessing customer needs, find new opportunities, presenting offers, negotiation, contract closing, monitoring contract implementation and maintain customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationship with new and existing customer, manage contacts, get detail information on customer procurement or tender process. Identify and understand the customer challenges or pain point. Prepare a proper and accurate presentation of the solution for customers based on needs, assessment, or request. Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system. Active to find and create new opportunity.
Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree. Has minimum 5 years’ experience in selling Software/ IT Solution / IT Cyber Security solution Fluent in English both oral & written is advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must. Able to work within target and generate new prospect. Experience on Telco/Public Sector /Enterprise (Banking/Government) Able to follow up customer and maintain good relationship. Able to work with team.
