- Conduct market research to identify and predict customer trends - Analyze brand positioning & consumer insights, monitor competitors, and refine strategic initiatives - Translate brand elements into plans & go-to-market strategies - Establish performance specs, pricing parameters, and market applications - Track & analyze KPIs to evaluate brand activation effectiveness - Oversee ATL & BTL marketing and advertising activities - Manage new product launches and brand campaigns - Supervise advertising, product design, social media, and branding consistency - Monitor distribution channels & consumer responses - Create reports on marketing campaign performance - Handle communication with media, agencies, and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Marketing Supervisor - Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset - Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends & best practices - Excellent project management & communication skills - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / InDesign or other design tools is a plus - Strategic thinker with strong execution skills - Willing to work 6 days/week
