Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage the purchasing process for medical devices, non product related, and services. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good relationships with Principals and vendors. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company policies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and related departments to ensure availability of goods. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. Prepare and submit payment requests to the Finance team based on issued Purchase Orders.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement. Experience in the medical device industry will be an advantage. Good negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
