Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the specified industry Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a keen focus on achieving results Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related fields Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Executive and proven experience in B2B and Retail sales, preferably in the Labeling and Packaging industry Target-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation abilities Excellent communication, persuasive, target-driven and proficient in English, both spoken and written Have a private vehicle and an active driving license (C/A) as a requirement for work mobility
