Conduct sales activity by assisting dealers in product knowledge training, product pricing information and negotiation, stock availability, project's proposal and preparing all related documents and sales materials in order to achieve Department's sales revenue targets Contact and visit existing and prospective dealers to discuss and support their needs in marketing and selling Company’s product. Approach and follow up new project lead from engineering consultant, contractor, sub-contractor or project owner and cultivating customer relationship across different industries and areas. Assist dealer in conducting sales presentation and make initial contact with owner or contractor to ensure the achievement of sales target. Assist dealer in negotiation process and terms of sale and service agreements based on Company’s policy. Conduct verification on project’s specification based on sales and service agreements from Dealer. Prepare and deliver project documentation to related function for further administrative and operational process. Prepare and update project status and progress in order to provide sales report for management.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering At least 3 years working experience in related field. Having working experience background from similar industry especially HVAC Possess strong knowledge in HVAC Used to deal with contractor, consultant, owner, etc Possess fundamental business acumen Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill Good communication and presentation skill Proficiency in English Proficiency in Chinese (will be an advantage) Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people Computer literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point).
