
Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. Manage and update ticket queues using the designated ticketing system. Perform remote configuration of digital signage equipment. Assist onsite technicians with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Skills and Experience Experience troubleshooting Windows and Android media players. Basic knowledge of LCD and LED screen troubleshooting. 1-3 years of experience in a Level 1 support or related role. Familiarity with the tools and skills mentioned is a bonus but not mandatory. What We're Looking For Reliable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Effective problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
