
Lead and develop business in Hong Kong and Southern China, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Manage and support a team of two Sales Representative (Sales Rep Hong Kong & Sales Rep China). Develop and execute sales plans, pricing strategies and marketing initiatives to increase market share and profitability. Identify, negotiate and close partnerships with distributors, plumbing wholesalers, and ironmongery chains. Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs, providing insights to headquarters. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events across the region. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand visibility in all target markets. Collaborate with headquarters in Spain on forecasting, logistics, and new product launches.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the plumbing, sanitary ware or ironmongery sector. Proven experience managing sales teams and distributors in Hong Kong and/or South China. Strong understanding of retail and B2B plumbing distribution networks. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and ability to work independently. Availability to travel across the region (mainly Guangdong Province and Hong Kong).
