
Manage and calculate employee attendance, overtime, leave, permits, and absenteeism accurately. Handle issues related to attendance systems, working hours, and leave administration. Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and employment issues. Handle and follow up on employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies. Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives such as employee events, internal activities, and culture programs. Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement levels. Manage internal communication related to HR programs and employee activities. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and labor regulations. Provide administrative support for other HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles. Good understanding of HR administration, attendance management, and employee relations. Proficient in English (written and verbal) is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk.
