End to end recruitment process (job portal advertisement, selection process, ensure onboarding and offboarding employee process) Have experiences engage with Headhunter (multinational/national) Have experience in handling and organize training& development programs (from planning to evaluation, as training facilitator, etc) Experiences handling HR administration process (attendance, leave records, BPJS, database, private insurance, etc) Make routine/non routine reports according to the needs of the department Having experience in organizing employee activities/company events Coordinate with external vendors and ensure office compliance with company policies and regulation Effectively communicating HR-related information to employees Contributing to the overall HR strategy and supporting the achievement of the company's goals
Fluent in English University Graduate with any major Min. 3-5 years of experienced as HR Officer/HR Recruitment/People Development Strong experience and knowledge in Recruitment and Training activities, Having knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employee relations, and BPJS regulations Having experience using HRIS (Talenta) Experience in job description development or competency dictionary/framework development is preferred Strong interpersonal, open-minded, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Good persuasive communication skill Tech savvy ( Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Canva, internet, email, etc).
