Providing administrative support and assistance in Mandarin and English to our team and clients Handle incoming inquiries via phone calls and emails, providing clear information and professional assistance to users. Maintain accurate records of tickets, user requests, and resolutions within the helpdesk system. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary. Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting, while maintaining organized records and supporting smooth helpdesk operations.
Min. 1 year reception or customer-facing experience as Helpdesk manage at least 2000 tickets per month Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Good commend to greet people, and process phone calls and emails Strong administrative and organisational abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite and operating Helpdesk system Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a customer-focused approach
