Take full responsibility for Human Resources management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Act as a strategic HR partner to Top Management and operational/project teams Prepare and manage manpower planning in line with company needs and business expansion Lead and manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, attendance, payroll, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and offboarding Handle industrial relations, employee discipline, and labor dispute resolution Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies Manage the performance management system, including KPI setting and performance appraisal processes Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, BPJS, and employee allowances Design and implement training, development, and employee certification programs Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations Drive employee engagement, company culture, and continuous improvement within the HR function Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management
