Human Resources (HR): Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Administer payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits. Support performance evaluations and employee development programs. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations. General Affairs (GA): Manage company licenses, permits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with government agencies and internal departments for administrative matters. Support smooth internal operations by handling regulatory and procedural issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Psychology, Management, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR & GA. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
