SALES EXECUTIVE
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Identify and develop new business opportunities for cold chain logistics services. Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing customers. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the cold chain industry. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Min. 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, cold chain, freight forwarding, or transportation. Fresh graduates with strong sales motivation are welcome to apply. Good understanding of cold chain logistics, temperature-controlled transportation, or perishable goods handling is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Willing to do field work and customer visits. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage. Preferably domiciled in Surabaya
