
Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection Process. Processing candidates to start working at company such as offering, salary negotiation, and making employment contract PKWT / PKWTT. Monitoring and report Recruitment and Selection process including percentage of employee Turn Over to Head of Department every 6 months. Monitoring and renewal Employee Legal Contract (PKWT / PKWTT) every month. Support employee relation and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Oversee industrial relation matters including employee disciplinary and employee terminations. Register employee BPJS Kesehatan through e-Dabu system for new employee. Making payroll proposal administration process every month. Scheduling and preparation employee Training Program Needs.
Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, and Law. Minimum 5 years of experience in same position HR & GA. Strong Leadership, good analytical thinking, and communication skills. Able to work as team leader, ambitious, and hardworking. Fluent in English is a must, mandarin preferred. Willing to be placed at Jakarta Head Office.
