Section Head Warehouse
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound operational activities, storage, and arrangement within the warehouse management system. - Manage the operational team's performance to ensure consistent and timely achievement of established targets. - Coordinate daily cycle count processes and stock takes every six months with customers. - Ensure operational team reports and performance comply with SOPs and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor's degree in any major. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a logistics or forwarding company. Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the FMCG sector is a plus. - Experience with SAP or WMS. - Proficient in Ms. Excel (especially pivot tables, SUMIF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP). - Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Placed in KIM2 Mabar - Medan
