
Responsible for achieving sales targets and developing project pipeline Responsible for creating market demand through specification selling to all project stakeholders Support the Finance team in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsible for preparing sales forecasts with a high level of accuracy Responsible for proposing local activity support based on market needs, as well as supporting national initiatives Internal coordination with other functions to achieve sales targets Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in both pre-sales and after-sales processes Conduct weekly project review meetings with distributors. Develop monthly project and competitor reports
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, piping systems, or construction-related industries. Proven track record in handling project-based sales and achieving sales targets. Strong network with project stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, developers, and distributors. Strong understanding of construction project cycles and tender processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
