Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Handle sales inquiries and close transactions via Facebook DM and WhatsApp. Follow up on leads generated from Facebook and social media platforms. Provide product information, promotions, and catalog updates to customers. Maintain customer and lead databases accurately. Update product catalogs and promotional materials regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Minimum education: High School / Diploma. At least 1 year of experience as Online Sales or Social Commerce Admin. Proven experience closing sales via chat (DM/WhatsApp). Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs. Fast response time and strong multitasking ability.
