Manage incidents and perform troubleshooting across application, operating system, and basic infrastructure layers. Conduct regular system health checks, including CPU, memory, disk usage, services, and network connectivity. Monitor and ensure data processing and data loading jobs run smoothly and according to defined schedules. Coordinate with and escalate technical issues to relevant internal teams when necessary. Monitor and manage operational dashboards and system management consoles. Perform basic system configuration to support day-to-day operational requirements. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Provide support for audit processes, system security initiatives, and operational compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience as a System Engineer, IT Support, NOC Engineer, or On-Site Engineer. Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including shell operations, service management, log analysis, troubleshooting, and system monitoring. Knowledge of High Availability (HA), database and storage clustering, file systems, disk management, and basic system security. Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx), databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Apache Druid), and basic security protocols (SFTP, OAuth2, SSL/TLS). Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals (routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and packet-level troubleshooting using tools such as tcpdump or Wireshark. Able to read and analyze applications and system logs Good communication skills and willingness to work on-site regularly.
