
Process monthly payroll including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components. Ensure payroll compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements, and maintain accurate payroll records. Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, and other company-provided benefits, ensuring proper enrollment, updates, and claims coordination. Manage HR operational administration across the employee lifecycle (hire, employee movement, and separation). Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system including personal data, job details, compensation data, and employment status. Support employees with ESS inquiries and ensure effective implementation and usage of Employee Self-Service (ESS) features.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Payroll Administration, HR Operations, or HRIS management. (will be a plus) Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll compliance procedures. Strong Microsoft Excel skills for payroll calculation and data management. Familiarity with HRIS systems and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms. Knowledge of employee lifecycle administration (Hire to Retire). Understanding of data confidentiality and HR documentation standards. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
