Manage the sourcing, development, and evaluation of new and alternative Raw Material (RM) suppliers to ensure supply continuity. Manage the development process of new and alternative suppliers, including trials, approval processes, and commercialization. Handle and coordinate raw material quality issues, including product quality concerns, findings during the production process, complaints and other quality-related issues Manage the registration and approval process of new Raw Materials (RM) and suppliers in accordance with company procedures. Initiate and follow up on Raw Material shelf-life extension requests with the relevant suppliers. Follow up and coordinate the resolution of RM FTKP (Form Tindakan Koreksi & Pencegahan) raised by the QC team until the issues are resolved. Coordinate with related departments (QC, R&D, Production, Regulatory, and Purchasing) to ensure the compliance and suitability of raw materials and suppliers. Conduct annual audits of existing suppliers together with the QA team.
